- Price: $135 per person
- What’s Included: Your own Daily Dopamine Vision Board Kit, all additional art supplies (paints, collage materials, etc.), and expert guidance in a supportive, reflective environment. And, of course, snacks and beverages
The studio has been quieter than normal this summer but this has brought not only more time to paint but also more time to simply think. As some of you know, we’ve finally finished our cabin in Eastern Washington. It’s truly in the middle of absolutely nowhere – we can spend four days there and not hear the sounds of another human being. We find ourselves spending hours sitting on our porch and watching the clouds form. It is impossible to be in an environment like that and not be a little introspective.
That’s precisely where the idea for this workshop took root. In the hurried currents of existence, particularly as we traverse the rich, accumulated landscapes of our lives, it is good to pause. To consider not merely the breadth of one’s journey, but its depth. To take a look at what is truly essential.
I did a similar vision board workshop myself on a yoga retreat a while back. Honestly, I thought it would be a bit hooky – some gimmicky thing to make you buy a vision board kit. But I ended up loving it, and even now, I look at the board I created when I need a simple reminder, like “be patient with yourself – nothing blooms all year.” It was a powerful experience of clarifying what truly matters.
I am excited to share a similar experience with you at our Vision Board Workshop. This is an invitation to withdraw, if only for a few deliberate hours, from the incessant demands of the external, and to cultivate your inner landscape.

We’ll provide you with a thoughtfully curated Daily Dopamine Vision Board Kit, packed with inspiring images, affirmations, and prompts to guide your initial reflections. But as an art studio, we empower you to go deeper. You’ll have access to a vibrant array of our studio’s art supplies, including paints, brushes, unique collage materials, and more, allowing you to augment and personalize your board with the raw materials of your own aspiration.
The act of selecting, painting, and placing each element upon this board compels one to live deliberately, if only for a moment, in the realm of one’s deepest desires. It is to discern, with quiet intensity, what truly enlivens the spirit, what resonates with that peculiar inner music.
